1. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Diam.bet, operated from # 1013 Blvd los Proceres 19-42, Zona 10, Guatemala 01001. Contact: [email protected].

2. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes is ongoing and begins upon a participant's account creation. The Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Sweepstakes at any time with at least 30 days advance notice posted on this page and/or via email to registered participants.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation. Void where prohibited or restricted by law, including but not limited to residents of Idaho and Washington. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

4. How to Enter — No Purchase Necessary

There are two (2) ways to obtain free Diam Coins (DC) without making any purchase:

Method 1 — Online Daily Claim (Free):
Create a free account at diam.bet. Once registered, navigate to the Get Coins menu and select "Claim Free Daily Reward." One (1) free daily DC claim is available per registered account per calendar day. New accounts also receive a free welcome bonus of Gold Coins and Diam Coins upon registration.

Method 2 — Mail-In Entry (AMOE):
No online account or purchase necessary. Hand-print your full legal name, email address, date of birth, and mailing address on a piece of paper and mail it to:

Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per calendar day. Allow 7–10 business days for processing. Requests that are incomplete, illegible, or do not comply with these Rules will be disqualified. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected mail.

5. Sweepstakes Currency — Diam Coins (DC)

Diam Coins (DC) are the promotional sweepstakes currency used on Diam.bet. DC are awarded through free daily claims, mail-in entries, and as a free bonus alongside Gold Coin (GC) package purchases. DC have no monetary value except as described in Section 6 below.

Gold Coins (GC) are a separate, free-play virtual currency used for entertainment only. GC have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed.

6. Prizes & Redemption

Eligible participants who accumulate a minimum of 25 DC may redeem their DC for cash prizes at a rate of 1 DC = $1.00 USD. Redemption is available via Cash App, Zelle, Chime, or bank transfer.

Redemption Requirements:

• Account must have a verified email address
• Minimum redemption amount: 25 DC (crypto) or 50 DC (bank transfer)
• Bonus DC received with a GC purchase are subject to a 1x playthrough wagering requirement before redemption
• DC obtained through free daily claims and mail-in entries are not subject to wagering requirements
• Account must be in good standing with no violations of the Terms of Service

The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and identity before processing any redemption. Redemptions are typically processed within approximately 15 minutes, though it may take longer during busy periods.

7. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the total DC in circulation. All eligible participants who claim their free daily DC receive an entry. There is no limit on the number of winners. Every participant with a redeemable DC balance who meets the eligibility and redemption requirements listed in Section 6 may redeem their DC for prizes.

8. General Conditions

• The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules.
• The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time with 30 days notice.
• All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
• The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

9. Void Where Prohibited

This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. It is the participant's sole responsibility to determine whether participation is lawful in their jurisdiction.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Rules shall be governed by the laws of Guatemala. Any disputes arising from this Sweepstakes shall be resolved by binding arbitration. By participating, you waive any right to a jury trial or class action participation.

11. Privacy

Information collected through this Sweepstakes is subject to the Diam.bet Privacy Policy. Mail-in entrant information is used solely for the purpose of processing entries and awarding prizes.
