Welcome to Diam.bet. By accessing or using the Diam.bet platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. PLATFORM OVERVIEW

1.1 Dual-Mode Platform: Diam.bet operates as an online gaming entertainment platform with two distinct modes based on the user's country of residence:

1.2 Operator: Diam.bet is operated from Costa Rica in compliance with applicable gaming regulations.

1.3 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use this Platform. By using Diam.bet, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

2.1 Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when creating an account, including your country of residence. Misrepresenting your location or identity is grounds for immediate and permanent account termination.

2.2 One Account Per Person: Each individual may maintain only one active account. Multiple accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

2.4 Country Selection: During registration, you must select your country of residence. This determines which mode of the Platform you will access. You may not change your country selection to circumvent geographic restrictions.

4.3 No Purchase Necessary: US users are never required to make a purchase to play. Free virtual currency is available through daily bonuses and promotional offers.

4.4 No Gambling: The US Social Casino does not constitute gambling. All gameplay is for entertainment purposes only with virtual currencies that hold no real-world monetary value.

5. RESTRICTED JURISDICTIONS & ENFORCEMENT

5.1 United States Restriction: Users located in the United States are strictly prohibited from accessing the international crypto casino mode. US users are limited exclusively to the Social Casino mode.

5.2 Other Restricted Countries: Users from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law are not permitted to use the crypto casino features of the Platform.

5.3 Circumvention Prohibited: The use of VPNs, proxy servers, or any other method to misrepresent your geographic location or to access features not available in your jurisdiction is strictly prohibited.

5.4 Permanent Ban Policy: Any user from the United States or another restricted jurisdiction who is found to have created an account for real-money or international play — including misrepresenting their country of residence, using VPNs or proxies, or otherwise circumventing geographic restrictions — will have their account permanently banned. All account balances will be forfeited without compensation. This policy is enforced without exception.

6. GAMES AND FAIR PLAY

12. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
