1. About the Platform

1.1 Sweepstakes Gaming: Diam.bet ("Diam.bet", the "Company", "we", "us") operates an online sweepstakes gaming platform (the "Platform") for entertainment purposes. There is no real-money wagering. Gameplay uses two virtual currencies, Gold Coins and Diam Coins, described in Section 3.

1.2 Operator: Diam.bet is operated from # 1013 Blvd los Proceres 19-42, Zona 10, Guatemala 01001.

1.3 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use the Platform. By using Diam.bet you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

2.1 Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when creating your account. Misrepresenting your identity is grounds for permanent account termination.

2.2 One Account Per Person: Each person may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts, or using another person's account, may result in suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

2.3 Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Do not share your account with anyone.

2.4 Country of Residence: You must select your country of residence at registration. This determines your eligibility and how the Platform operates for you.

3. Virtual Currencies

3.1 Gold Coins (GC): Gold Coins are used for entertainment play only. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or transferred.

3.2 Diam Coins (DC): Diam Coins are sweepstakes entries. They are provided free through the Daily Reward, the mail-in Alternative Method of Entry, and other promotions, and are included as a free bonus with Gold Coin purchases. Eligible Diam Coins may be redeemed for prizes under the Official Sweepstakes Rules.

3.3 No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is necessary to play or win, and a purchase does not improve your chances of winning. See Free Entry (AMOE) for ways to get free Diam Coins.

3.4 Gold Coin Purchases: Gold Coin packages are sold for entertainment. Chargebacks or payment reversals on purchases will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

4. Prize Redemption

4.1 Redemption Rate: Eligible Diam Coins are redeemed at 1 DC = $1.00 USD.

4.2 Methods and Minimums: Redemptions are requested from the Redeem tab in the Get Coins menu. Available methods and minimums are:

• Debit card / bank: minimum 20 DC
• Gift card: minimum 50 DC
• Cryptocurrency: minimum 50 DC

Available methods may change. The options shown in the Redeem tab are the ones currently offered.

4.3 Play-Through: Diam Coins that come with a Gold Coin purchase at face value, together with Diam Coins from the Daily Reward, mail-in entries and promotions, must be played through 1× before they can be redeemed. Bonus Diam Coins received with a purchase (including the first-purchase bonus, deposit-match and retention offers, and VIP tier bonuses) must be played through 3×. Winnings from play can be redeemed. Any remaining play-through is shown when you request a redemption.

4.4 Processing Time: Redemptions are processed within 1–24 hours. The time depends on whether a request needs further review, for example identity verification, a first-time redemption, or an account security check.

4.5 Verification: We may verify your identity and eligibility before paying any redemption. Redemptions may be declined or held if your account is unverified, play-through is incomplete, payment details are incorrect, or we detect a violation of these Terms.

5. Eligibility and Restricted Jurisdictions

5.1 Eligible Players: The sweepstakes promotion is open to legal residents of eligible US states who meet the age requirement.

5.2 Void Where Prohibited: The sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law, including for residents of Idaho and Washington. See the Official Sweepstakes Rules for details.

5.3 Excluded States: For residents of California (CA), Connecticut (CT), Indiana (IN), Louisiana (LA), Maine (ME), Montana (MT), New Jersey (NJ), New York (NY), and Tennessee (TN), Bonus Diam Coins (bonus sweeps coins) have no value and cannot be redeemed for prizes.

5.4 No Location Masking: Using a VPN, proxy, or any other method to misrepresent your location is prohibited.

5.5 Enforcement: Accounts found to have misrepresented identity, location, or eligibility will be permanently banned and all balances forfeited.

5.6 Investigations: We may investigate any account suspected of breaking these rules, including by reviewing IP addresses, transaction patterns, and verification documents.

6. Games and Fair Play

6.1 Game Outcomes: Game outcomes are determined by random number generators or by licensed third-party game providers. Neither the Company nor any player can influence results.

6.2 Malfunctions: A malfunction voids all pays and plays. This includes technical errors, software bugs, connectivity failures, hardware faults, and errors in a game's configuration, paytable, or odds settings. If a payout results from a malfunction or error, we may void, reverse, adjust, or reclaim it, whether or not the funds have already been redeemed, played, or transferred.

6.3 Third-Party Games: Games supplied by third-party providers are also subject to those providers' terms.

7. Prohibited Activities

7.1 You may not:

• Use bots, scripts, or other automated software
• Collude with other players or manipulate game outcomes
• Create or use more than one account
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities
• Abuse bonuses or promotions
• Provide false information during registration or verification
• Misrepresent your location or use a VPN or proxy
• Initiate chargebacks or payment reversals on purchases
• Allow anyone under 18 to use your account

7.2 Consequences: Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities where required.

8. Identity Verification (KYC)

8.1 We may require identity verification before processing a redemption, when certain thresholds are reached, or at our discretion.

8.2 Verification may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and a selfie check.

8.3 Failure or refusal to complete verification may result in held redemptions, account restrictions, or account closure.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content, software, graphics, logos, and text on the Platform are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9.2 You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any Platform content without written permission.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

10.1 The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes, and continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Disputes

13.1 Informal Resolution: Before taking any other action, you agree to contact support and try to resolve the dispute informally.

13.2 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Guatemala.

13.3 Class Action Waiver: Disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive any right to take part in a class action.

14. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
